Effective Date: June 2026
Subject to these Terms, ProSRT grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the software for internal business subtitle formatting and compliance workflows.
Access to paid functionality requires an active subscription. Customer agrees to pay all subscription fees, taxes, and applicable charges under the selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Customer is responsible for lawful use of the platform, account credential security, and review/approval of final output before external submission.
ProSRT is engineered to optimize data structure and formatting to align with publicly available streaming and broadcast criteria. However, ultimate operational responsibility for platform delivery approval rests solely with the customer studio. ProSRT is explicitly not liable for missed broadcast windows, delayed streams, or external distributor rejection penalties.
Except as expressly stated, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
These Terms govern use of ProSRT services unless superseded by a separately executed enterprise agreement.
