1. Zero-Log Privacy Architecture

ProSRT is engineered with a Zero-Log Privacy architecture for enterprise subtitle and formatting workflows. Uploaded .SRT files and media metadata are transient and processed strictly in temporary cache memory during the active processing execution loop.

• Transient processing only: Uploaded files are held only in temporary memory while processing runs.
• Immediate wipe on completion: Once processing is complete, transient file artifacts are permanently wiped from active memory.
• No permanent content storage: We do not store user content in permanent databases.

2. Data Use Boundaries

We do not sell customer data, and we do not use uploaded user files to train third-party AI models. File content is processed for requested service execution only.

3. Account and Operational Data

For account functionality, billing, and service integrity, ProSRT may store limited account-level and operational metadata such as user profile identifiers, subscription status, credit usage, and security logs. This does not include persistent storage of customer subtitle content.

4. Security Controls

ProSRT uses encrypted transport channels and enterprise-grade access controls designed to protect account and operational data against unauthorized access.
